I am so excited that this Saturday is their wedding day! Glaiza used to be my office mate and I promised her that I will give cover her engagement session as a wedding gift. For this shoot we used simple props but mainly balloons. I absolutely love this session. It is simple, fun and colorful. Sometimes simple goes a long way. Marjun and Irynne Vintage Themed Engagment Session

I was actually a guest photographer for this engagement session. This is the first time I did an engagement session where everything was already taken cared of. From the set styling, props, clothes, etc. this was probably the easiest e-session I’ve covered.

Why couple should have their engagement photos taken? First, it’s a great way to get more comfortable in front of the camera with your wedding photographer. You’ll get out all of the jitters, learn about how your photographer operates, and, on the flip side, your photographer will get a better idea of your comfort level and your best angles—resulting in better pictures on your wedding day. Dreamy Beach Maternity Session

A maternity session is not something very common in Cagayan de Oro. Yes, we can see a few maternity photos here and there but it is not something that is trending yet. Pregnancy is one of the most challenging yet and memorable experience that could happen in a woman’s life. Documenting your pregnancy is a fun filled experience and you would want something to look back to when you had that baby bump.

So we thought it would be nice to have a dreamy beach maternity session with my muse Anya Nash. For this session, we kept it simple, chic, and fun. Mom-to-be Ana is absolutely gorgeous! Check out her photos below.

Erech + Jane Wedding_CDO Wedding Photographer

On December 18, 2012, I assisted Coy Fuentes, a wedding photographer here in Cagayan de Oro City, to cover Erech and Jane’s wedding. This is the first wedding I covered as the second photographer and I was very thrilled and fortunate the Coy Fuentes chose me. We had another photographer on team, Joseph Requerme who is based in Cebu.

It was a very beautiful wedding and the bride had her gown customized inspired by Vera Wang. It was so lovely and flowy which added the perfect touch to the wedding photos I took. Here are some of their photos.

Dikoy + Cristal Wedding 12.12.12

December had gone!! Dikoy and Crystal tied the knot in Ozamiz City last December 12, 2012. I mentioned that I went to highschool with the bride. Crystal was very popular in highschool due to her beautiful voice and she always participated in intermission numbers and even the school play.

When Crystal booked me on August for their December wedding in Ozamiz, I was thinking “That is so far away!”. However, it was definitely an adventure for me and my team to travel to Ozamiz for my first wedding coverage. All their friends and family rejoiced with them on Wednesday and it was a beautiful celebration! So enjoy this beautiful wedding of this couple and Happy New Year everyone!!

One of the best things about a Kid’s photography sessions is the cardio work LOL! I mean this shoot was literally a 30 mins run just following this super cute hyper baby boy. James is such an angel and he looked so cute in his cowboy costume. This shoot is actually his pre-birthday shoot.

I have been so excited to post these! The timing with Halloween couldn’t be more perfect! My friend Maybelle has this beautiful vintage dress that was just perfect for the ghost theme I had in mind. I decided to shoot at an old attic and try this ghost concept!! Freaking awesome!!! Although the space was a bit limited, we had managed to move around a little bit. The light seeping through the grills was unbelievable! Nothing beats window light!! It was a fantastic location, one I hope to shoot again! So the question is….Is she real…..or a ghost? You be the judge!!
